Magic items. For permanent magic items only (that contribute to your magic item count), count the number of items you have of each tier of rarity. Multiply that number by the following chart, and add up the results:
Uncommon - 5
Rare or Unique - 10
Very Rare - 20
Legendary - 40
From that total, subtract the amount in the table from your calculated total. This new amount is now your permanent magic item treasure points. If the amount is negative, your total is 0.

Your gold total remains the same.
Your downtime total remains the same.
All items - permanent magic items, consumable magic items, and mundane equipment remain the same.
Character lifestyle: If your lifestyle for your character is lower than the following based on your tier, you may now choose to be that higher lifestyle without any additional cost:
Tier 1: Modest
Tier 2: Comfortable
Tier 3: Wealthy
Tier 4: Aristocratic
DM Rewards - Determine the hours played, then use the new system based on that number of hours. Apply them as-is in the month prior to transition, if desired.
DM Quests - Apply them as-is in the month before transition if desired, but otherwise they will transfer to the new system as described in the DM's guide document.
